We're getting Married!

We met as teenagers at Camp Chi and stayed close friends throughout high school at Stevenson. We even dated for a short time during those years. Our friendship was always steady and full of laughter, and during our first year of college, it turned into something more. We officially started dating over Thanksgiving break of freshman year and we’ve been together ever since. We spent four years in a long distance relationship while we were in college, figuring out how to stay connected through FaceTime calls, weekend visits, Zipcars, and lots of love and patience. After graduating and spending some time at home, we finally moved in together in Lincoln Park, where we’ve built a life we love. We spend most of our time going on long walks, cooking, spending time with friends and family, and trying new restaurants. We love exploring different Chicago neighborhoods through the food scene, it’s our favorite way to discover the city together. On November 8th, Zack proposed at Garfield Park Conservatory. It was our first time there, and it ended up being one of the most meaningful places to us now. We’re so excited to celebrate this next chapter with all of you and feel so lucky to have such incredible people in our lives.
