What will the weather be like the week of the wedding?

Answer

In mid-April, Naples typically features warm, sunny, weather with daily highs between 81-84 degrees. Nights are generally comfortable in the mid to upper 60s. Conditions are mostly dry with lower potential for rainfall.

What is the attire for the welcome party?

Answer

Casual! The venue offers a relaxed, casual atmosphere for enjoying food, beverages and time with friends and family.

What is the attire for the wedding?

Answer

Semi-formal/cocktail attire. It may be warm during the day and cooler at night. You may want to bring a light jacket for the reception in case the temperature drops. Please note that our ceremony and cocktail hour are on a boardwalk. Thin heels may be problematic when walking the boardwalk.

Will the ceremony or reception be outside?

Answer

All wedding activities (ceremony, cocktail hour and reception) are planned to be outdoors. There is a backup plan for rain.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Guests are recommended to arrive for the ceremony by 4:15 pm. The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm and conclude by 5 pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be adults only, with the exception of our nieces, so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. This is also for the safety of our little friends, as our venue is near water.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

The hotel has a parking garage. Parking is included with room block rates at Hyatt House. Guests coming to the wedding will have parking validated.

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, there is a ramp going down to the ceremony location and back up to the site of the reception. The hotel is equipped with elevators as well.

Answer

If you are staying at the venue (Hyatt House Naples), please be aware that the pool will be closed around 2 pm on Saturday due to set up. This is a great day to use for beach activities or exploring the city of Naples! Visit our Things to Do page for suggestions. There is an airport very close to the hotel/venues, so you may frequently see and hear small private planes flying over the hotel and ceremony venue.
