Question

When do I RSVP ?

Answer

Please RSVP through our wedding website no later than September 1st 2025. As we need to give our venue a final head count.

How do I RSVP ?

Answer

Please scan the QR code on the back of your invitation to be directed to our wedding website. Then select the RSVP section search your party's name in the search bar and answer the prompted questions. Please RSVP by September 1st 2025

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors ?

Answer

The Ceremony will be indoors at the church. You will then travel to Pinelands Golf Club to start the cocktail hour at 5pm. This will be outside on the back patio of the Cart Barn (weather permitting). If bad weather cocktail hour will be moved indoors to the reception space. Dinner and dancing will be indoors with the ability to move freely indoors or outdoors through the fully open glass doors that lead to the patio with fire pits(weather permitting)

What time should I arrive for the ceremony

Answer

Please arrive at least 30 minuets before the ceremony. Doors will open at 2:30pm for guests to have enough time to park (parking directions will be provided), find their seats, sign the guest book and silence their cellphones. We will be having an "unplugged ceremony".

Is there parking at the ceremony and reception ?

Answer

Ceremony- Reception- There is a large parking lot in front of the Cart Barn. If this lot is full staff from Pinelands Golf Club will ask you to park alongside the driveway and you will be shuttled by golf cart to the reception hall.

Is your wedding facilities handicap accessible ?

Answer

Yes. The ceremony will be taking place in the main sanctuary of the church. This is a one level floor plan with a ADA approved restroom located to the right of the main restrooms. There is parking in the back of the church behind the gym. There is a long concrete pathway to the side entrance of the church with double doors. At the reception there is handicap parking available in the parking lot. There is a level concrete path from the parking lot to the reception space this path continues around the entire building. Our reception space is one level with double door entrances. There are also ADA approved bathrooms in the reception space. Please reach out to us directly for any other additional questions or concerns.

Can I take pictures ?

Answer

Not during the ceremony. We are having an "unplugged ceremony" No phones or cameras. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say " I Do" We have hired professionals to capture this moment and we promise to share photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like. A photo mirror will also be present at the reception.

What is the dress code ?

Answer

Semi- Formal Attire Men : Suits Women: Semi Formal or Cocktail Dress Please no jeans/denim pants

Are kids allowed ?

Answer

By formal invitation only. If your invitation is addressed as ex. "Burton Family" your children are invited. We will have an activity bag for your child during our ceremony and reception.

Can I bring a plus one ?

Answer

By formal invitation only. Your invitation will state your name & guest if a plus one is invited.

Will there be an open bar ?

Answer

Yes. Drink service will begin promptly at 5pm at the start of cocktail hour and will continue throughout the night. We will not be providing champagne for the toasts and speeches. Please feel free to grab a drink of your choice from the bar to enjoy while we toast the Newlyweds.
