Tulum is know to be a very safe town in Mexico! But just like anywhere, using common since and safe travel practices will ensure you a safe stay in a foreign country. Unlike some towns in Mexico, Tulum is safe to venture off to look at the ruins and explore the jungles!

YES! kids are very much welcome to our wedding, and Tulum will be a very fun vacation for your family!

Tulum is a great place for family travel and there are lots of kid-friendly activities, excursions, ice cream shops, and kid friendly beaches!

Tulum is Eco friendly, what does that mean?

Answer

Tulum is dedicated to keeping Tulum a preserved area of Mexico. All the restaurants have to build around the the growing trees, which makes the ambiance amazing. Most restaurants use candles and twinkle lights to light up their spaces, Most boutique hotels shut off power & A/C during parts of the day to conserve energy. Double check when booking a hotel not suggested on out list that you can plug in blow dryer, cell phones, and if it has A/C.

Is there a night life in Tulum?

Oh Man YES! Once the sun goes down, Tulum hotel zone turns into a night life lovers dream! Most restaurants have a DJ booth.. just waiting for the right time to crank it up! With everything close together, its a night of bar hopping and dancing around Tulum!! ( If you are looking for a quite night in, and are staying in the Tulum hotel zone, you will hear the bars until 1am. there is no way around it)

What if we are staying at Dreams and want to explore the beaches down in the hotel zone?

Answer

There will be a van service that can take you to the main part of Tulum! And the best part is, the boutique hotels are open to the public. You can lay on their lounge chairs, use their restrooms, order drinks, swim in their pool (if they have one) and use the main part of their beach area! Some places have a fee that go toward your food and drink bill, other place are free! We love La Zebra, Sanara Hotel, & Kanan (tree house)
