We recommend going early Saturday or Sunday morning when all the shops are opening up. We love Deeper Roots Coffee, Cherbourg Cyprus Bakery (dedicated gluten free!), Rooted Juicery, and OTR Bagel Bar among others. Take the streetcar!
A block from Findlay Market, be sure to check out the rooftop bar. Danielle's pick: Wowie Colada Joe's pick: Truth IPA
Enjoy a walk around Washington Park in Over-the-Rhine, directly on the streetcar route, near historic Music Hall, and close to many shops, bars, and restaurants! The park includes a dog park, water features, a lawn and stage for events, and even a bar! There's almost always something going on, so you may run into a farmer's market, arts and crafts show, or something else!
Enjoy a walk along the riverbank and wave hi to Covington and Newport, KY!
If you are up for crossing state lines (literally right across the river from Cincinnati), the Box Park at Newport on the Levee offers a variety of food and drink options. There's also the Newport Aquarium, AMC Theatres, and more!
In the 'suburbs' of Cincinnati is our old stomping grounds- Joe worked at MadTree for over two years, and our first apartment together was in the complex right behind it! Joe's pick: Ramble On low-cal session IPA Danielle's pick: Shade tart fruit ale
