Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes, shuttles will be provided from The Deerpath Inn, The Forester, The Church of the Holy Spirit, and the Onwentsia Club to and from the welcome party, ceremony and reception. Please review the 'Travel' page for further information.

THE HOTEL BLOCK IS FULL, WHAT DO I DO?

Answer

If the hotel block is full, please email the bride at oliviaswedding2024@gmail.com and we will do our best to add more rooms.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Chicago O'Hare (ORD) and Midway (MDW) are both great options. O'Hare is closer to Lake Forest and usually has more flight options.

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that only adults (over the age of 18) attend the welcome party, ceremony and reception to allow guests a day of relaxation. All children are invited to join the Sunday wedding festivities. We are more than happy to offer child care recommendations if needed.

CAN I DRIVE TO THE CEREMONY/RECEPTION INSTEAD OF TAKING THE SHUTTLE?

Answer

Yes! Guests are welcome to drive directly to the ceremony and reception, there will be parking available on-site. Guests are also welcome to travel by taxi or rideshare.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest”, then yes. If it is addressed to you only, then we look forward to celebrating with just you.
