When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than 8.1.25 using the QR code on your formal invitation, or by messaging the bride at (440) 547-6842. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

What if I cannot attend?

Answer

Your presence will surely be missed. Please RSVP "Will NOT attend." If you have already RSVP'd attending, but find that you will not make it, please notify Morgan (440) 547-6842 or Matt (440) 204-9205.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The official dress code is semi-formal. For men, you should wear a suit or slacks and long-sleeve button-down shirt. Tie optional. For women, your attire should include a either floor-length, tea-length or midi dresses. We encourage you to wear fall color hues including maroons, deep oranges, brown, olive greens, and turquoise. Please reserve dark green, plum, and white for the wedding party and please no jeans/denim pants/khakis.

What time should I arrive?

Our ceremony will begin prompty at 4 PM. We kindly request that you arrive NO later than 15 minutes before the ceremony; you can arrive as early as 3:30 PM. This will allow time for you to park (unless you are using a rideshare app, shuttle, or other transportation), admire the property, and find your seat. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony at 4 PM, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until the start of cocktail hour to enter.

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited.

Where do I park?

Answer

The Beverly Mansion has a front parking lot that will be available for guests and vendors. There will be a shuttle service available to guests in the evening from Staybridge Suites Polaris from 7:00PM to 11:00PM. We recommend to use a ride share service to the ceremony if planning on using the shuttle service at the end of the night. As a reminder, our ceremony will promptly begin at 4:00 PM. Arriving later than 4:00 PM will result in an inability to attend the ceremony.

How do I get home?

Answer

Uber and Lyft may be limited as Beverly Mansion is in a rural area. We recommend if you use a ride share service to arrive the venue, to set up a departure ride as well to lock in an available ride through their respective app. There will be a shuttle service available to guests in the evening from Staybridge Suites Polaris from 7:00PM to 11:00PM.

What is the weather?

Answer

Ohio weather can be variable. The average high temperature in the area is 74 degrees farenheit. The average low temperature in the area 52 degrees farenheit. The ceremony is planned to take place outdoors. The reception and cocktail hour will be held indoors. In the event of rain, the ceremony will have an alternative indoor location. The indoor areas will provide air conditioning and/or heating to ensure a comfortable temperature.
