The Phoenix is going above and beyond to assure guests safety. We have outlined a few points below and additional details can be found on their website (list below from The Phoenix website). - We use a Pure-Light UV wand to sweep the entire venue daily. This product is also used to disinfect hospitals and other facilities. -Our event coordinators are up-to-date on certification requirements, and each employee has received official COVID-19 education. - We use CDC approved disinfectant to sanitize all common touchpoints including door handles and tabletops. - Employees are required to wear masks and have their temperature taken upon entering and exiting the building. - Gloves are worn to prepare every meal and are immediately changed following each course or task. - Once an event ends, each room will be fully cleaned and sanitized including but not limited to door handles, tables, chairs, restrooms and bars. https://www.thephx.com/faq/coronavirus-covid-19-5/
Ohio has been mandating safety precautions by county. Cincinnati is located in Hamilton County and at this time (9/10) masks are required while indoors in all public and private buildings and when outdoors unless outdoors and able to social distance. Weddings are still able to take place as long as social distancing can be maintained. Once seated, masks can be removed.
As of 9/10 all downtown restaurants have updated hours and capacity. Please consider making reservations or call ahead to confirm they are open. Masks are required when entering the restaurant and can be removed once seated. Other than the masks, we have found that the experience and food is just as great as pre-COVID.
Of course! We encourage our guest to take necessary precautions to stay safe (and feel comfortable) attending our wedding.
