What do I wear?

Cocktail/formal attire that makes you feel fabulous on the dance floor! The ceremony will be outside on grass so wear sensible shoes.

We hope to be outside but there are beautiful indoor options if it rains.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unless your plus one is specifically included on the invitation, unfortunately no — we have to stick to our guest capacity.

Are children invited? Do you have a babysitter?

Answer

Unless your child is specifically included on your invitation, we politely request that only adults attend. We can provide childcare references at the resort if you need them.

Is it an open bar?

Yup! You’re welcome. Mocktails will be amply available, too.

Where do I park?

Answer

There is free parking at Sugarbush Resort no matter where your room is. If you're staying at the Sugarbush Inn or a condo, plan to take the Fleet Transportation shuttle to and from the ceremony/reception if you're drinking so you can be safe.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at 4:15 p.m. at the latest.

Is there an after party?

Yes, we will continue the late night celebrations in the bridal suite of Claybrook Hotel.

Is there brunch Sunday?

Answer

Yes, brunch is at Castlerock Pub (downstairs from the reception space) from 9-11:30 a.m. Drinks and a buffet are on us!

Is Sugarbush dog friendly?

Yes! But we recommend leaving Fluffy at home so you can party without worry.

I'm staying in a condo, where do I check in?

Claybrook Hotel at the main Sugarbush resort is where you'll check-in and receive your welcome bag. Sugarbush Inn guests can check-in at Sugarbush Inn.
