Flight
We know many of our guests will be flying to celebrate with us! Most airlines fly into Tulsa (TUL) and Oklahoma City (OKC), and these airports are about an hour drive from Stillwater. American Airlines also offers a few flights directly to Stillwater (SWO). Though SWO is a personal favorite, we’ve flown through all of them ourselves and any will work great for your travel needs!
Hotel
Dubbed the “Waldorf of the West,” this Georgian hotel is renowned in Stillwater. Not only is it directly across the street from our reception venue, but a breakfast buffet is included at The Ranchers Club each morning of your stay. We have a block of one- and two-bed rooms reserved at The Atherton under “Hodges Wedding Group” for $160 - $190 per night. Please call the front desk at the phone number listed above and mention you’re part of the group to make a reservation by May 5th, 2025. The Atherton has agreed to prevent price increases and hold rooms in our block until that date.
Hotel
From Hampton Inn to Holiday Inn to Home2 Suites and more, Stillwater has plenty of additional hotel options if you’d prefer not to stay at The Atherton. Given the small size of the city, anything in town will be more than close enough.
House Or Rental
There are also multiple Airbnb options for a variety of group sizes. Again, Stillwater is rather small, so nothing in town is really too far away.
