Am I able to bring my children to the wedding?

Answer

While we love your kids, unfortunately we are only able to accommodate the children in the wedding party at our ceremony and reception.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We kindly ask that only guests listed on the invitation attend.

What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?

Answer

Please plan to transport your party to the venue. There are three parking lots and ample street parking for any overflow. This area can be scarce on ride share drivers, but there are multiple taxi companies. Please plan accordingly.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love for you to join us in semi-formal attire. For men, a suit or blazer with dress pants is ideal. Ladies, a cocktail dress or dressy separates would be perfect. Please avoid jeans and sneakers. Please refrain from red and any color typically reserved for the bride such as white, ivory or cream.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There is a room block at The Alder, a boutique hotel attached to Resorts World Casino under "Carly Leventoff & Joseph Hodell Wedding Room Block". Referencing Booking ID#2937. Two additional hotels are within a 15-20 minute drive from the venue. The Kartrite has an indoor water park and large arcade, best for families. There is a Hampton Inn locally as well.

What time should we arrive?

Answer

Please arrive to HPAC at 4pm on October 4th for a 4:30 ceremony start time

When are the RSVP cards due? What happens if I miss the due date?

Answer

RSVP are due by August 23. If we do not receive an answer by the set RSVP date we will have to mark the response as a "No." We would love to celebrate with everyone so please be mindful of the date so we can give a final count to the venue.

Where is the closest airport?

Answer

The closest airport is Stewart International Airport in Newburgh NY, but they have limited direct flights. Airports with a larger flight selection include Westchester County Airport in Harrison NY or Newark International Airport in Newark NJ.

How do we get into the venue?

Answer

Please enter from Main Street up the cobble stone walk way in to the upstairs entrance. You will see Tango Cafe to the right of the doors. Do not use entrance under the marque.
