What should I wear ? What’s Appropriate?

Answer

Mosque Maryam is a place of worship and that they are expected to dress modestly. We encourage you all to wear skirts with length below the knee, and their shoulders, arms, backs, and chests must be completely covered. Shorts, cropped pants, or capris should not be worn. If a guest is not properly dressed, they have limited wraps available to ensure they are comfortable and properly covered while in the mosque. If they do not have sufficient wraps, guests may be excused from the mosque and asked to return with the proper covering.

What should I expect at my arrival?

Expect there to be a body search procedure for everyone entering the wedding so we can have a safe environment for the event. Thank you!!
