Doors will open at 5:00pm and will be closed promptly at 5:30pm as the ceremony will be beginning. The doors will reopen at 6:00pm for entry to the reception. Please plan accordingly, as there will be no exceptions to these time frames.
There is a good amount of parking space at the venue. Keep in mind there is an open bar so if you plan to drink, utilizing a rideshare service is recommended. Be safe, not sorry!
If your invitation did not include your children, unfortunately they will not be allowed to attend the event. However, if your invitation included a plus one, and your child is over the age of 5 years old, you may bring them as your plus one.
When you RSVP through this website, it will list all attendees. If someone is not listed or a plus one is not indicated, it has not been added to the guest list. Contact the bride for questions or further details.
Please come close to semi-formal wear. Suits, dresses, skirts, button ups, slacks, even polos and black jeans are great! There will be grass during the ceremony so keep that in mind for shoe options. No blue jeans please!
The ceremony will be held outside under the shade of trees and will begin in the evening. The reception is to be held immediately after the ceremony and will be indoors.
During the ceremony, sit anywhere you like. For the reception, there will be assigned seating that will be displayed at the entry of the ballroom and name cards at your table.
There will be a full buffet style dinner with multiple options for the guests to choose from. Unfortunately we are not accepting special requests.
