Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our closest family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting a dressy casual or cocktail, whatever you prefer.

Are there any colors the guest should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride-whites, ivories, and creams.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We want everyone to get to enjoy and celebrate with us so we will have transportation available to all guests who are staying nearby. Please message the bride if you will be utilizing the transportation and she will make sure you are taken care of.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

It's recommend that guests arrive 15-20 minutes or so before the official ceremony start time so they can get settled before the proceedings. If you are utilizing hotel shuttle please allow extra time as the shuttle will stop runs 10 minute prior to ceremony time but will resume after the ceremony has finished. Can't wait to see everyone!

What happens if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back by the date in which we have provided, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide total guest counts to the venue in the timely manner they have given to us and cannot accept late RSVP's due to this. We hope you understand!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. All invited guests will be listed on the formal invitation. If your invitation is addressed to you "and Guest", you are welcome to bring a date otherwise we kindly ask that you attend unaccompanied. Due to limited space at our venue, we can only accommodate our closet family and friends. We thank you for understanding!

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Both the Ceremony and Reception will be at the winery in Seymour, IN. They will both take place outside (reception will be tented).
