The entire event will be at the Lake Arrowhead Resort & Spa which has large suites for families and gorgeous rooms overlooking Lake Arrowhead. The hotel has a spa, outdoor pool, fire pits, private beach for swimming and boating, and lots of space to relax indoors and outdoors. The room block has rooms for $289/night plus taxes. We recognize the nightly rate might not be feasible for all, so please check out the Airbnb style option below as well. **The resort website will say $323/night--that is the rate with taxes/fees (all inclusive)**

Multiple Airport Options

The closest airport is the Ontario Airport (ONT) which is 50 miles away (1.25 hours). An alternative airport is the Orange County Airport (SNA), a 1 hour 40 minute drive to Lake Arrowhead. Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is a 2-hour drive to Lake Arrowhead. Palm Springs Airport is also 1.5 hours away (PSP). SoCal traffic can be bad so the estimates above are with "good traffic". Some days the drive can be double the time. Caution: LAX to Lake Arrowhead travel on a holiday weekend could be a 4 hour drive.
