Approximately a 1 hour 45 minute drive to the New England Air Museum (without traffic). There are also bus and train options to get you from Boston to Hartford. Union Station in Hartford (where the buses and trains depart from) is a short walk to many hotels, restaurants and bars and approximately 25 minutes from the New England Air Museum.

This hotel is in downtown Hartford and only .4 miles from Union Station! This would be a great option for those of you who might want to visit the New York or Boston after the wedding and will need to take a bus or train. The hotel offers parking for $19/day. We will be providing transportation to/from the hotel to the venue the day of the wedding. If you choose to drive to the venue, it is approximately 25 minutes away. We will be staying here the night of the wedding and have already sought out an array of bars open until 2am. Most bars, restaurants and museums are well within a .5 mile walk from the hotel. We have a limited room block here so book your rooms while available for the discounted rate. The rooms will be available until August 28th, the link to book is below :) If you choose to stay elsewhere just make sure that you arrive at The Doubletree ahead of time for the shuttle to the venue. Can’t wait to continue the party with y’all after the nuptials!!!!

This hotel is only 9 minutes (4.5 miles) away from our venue & includes a complimentary shuttle to the airport, running every 20 minutes. Upon check in if you advise the front desk that you will be needing a ride to the New England Air Museum, they will accommodate in between airport trips! For those of you driving but wanting to stay close by, the hotel also offers free parking! We have both stayed here previously when laying over with JetBlue and have always enjoyed our overnights. The Shade Bar & Grill is located within the hotel and offers breakfast, dinner & a bar. That being said, there are plenty of other options close to the airport. The only other hotels that also offer complimentary shuttles to the Air Museum though are; Homewood Suites, The Hampton Inn & The LaQuinta.
