Our wedding will be held at the Cox Mill Pavilion that faces Wolftrap drive. Guests are asked to access the venue via Cox Mill Road, and not to go beyond the barns. We recommend folks input Wolftrap Farm directly in to their GPS and when you are about 10 minutes away, inputting Cox Mill Road --> Wolftrap Farm specifically as there are multiple roads available to access the venue. Once you hit Wold Trap Drive, the Cox Mill Pavllion will be located on your left! Please also note that this is predominantly an outdoor wedding -- we will have heating arrangements as needed, but the ceremony will ideally be outside on the hilltop site. The pavilion has 1 wall that will ideally remain open, but can be shut should we need to crank up the heat!
Please RSVP no later than 9/1/2024
The ceremony will start promptly at 3pm! We encourage early arrival to take advantage of the awesome property, if you are not staying on sight the night prior.
Not particularly! Of course we encourage our family & friends to dress for the occasion, but as aforementioned, this is an outdoor wedding and comfort is everything. Dress warm and only as formal as you feel comfortable.
We can only accommodate as many folks as were invited, please do not bring any additional guests with you. When you go to RSVP, all invited parties will be listed for your review, but please reach out to Catherine directly with questions!
We kindly ask our friends to leave your kiddos at home (unless specified on the invite).
Yes! Parking is available for the Cox Mill Pavilion near the barns and alongside the private road.
Yes! Please see the "Travel" tab for that information.
We have the venue from Friday evening - Sunday morning, so guests are absolutely encouraged to come out and enjoy the joining of our two families as early as 5pm on Friday and relax for our "rehearsal." We just ask that you RSVP for that appropriately so that we can accommodate the proper amount of food & drink for a hoppin' good time.
Please "check out" no later than 11:00am Sunday morning (11/3).
