FAQs

Question

How do I get to Mazama?

Answer

We’re so glad you’re making the trip! Please see the Travel tab on our website for directions and travel tips.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

The wedding party and a small group of guests will be staying onsite at the Mazama Ranch House — those guests have already been notified by us directly. All other guests should plan to book a hotel or Airbnb nearby. Please see the Travel tab for some of our favorite places to stay in the area.

Question

What time should I arrive on the wedding day?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the venue around 4:00 PM, about 30 minutes before the ceremony begins. Welcome drinks will be waiting, giving you time to settle in and find your seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Welcome party dress code: Dressy Casual. We’ll be outdoors, so feel free to wear sundresses, polished separates, or your favorite relaxed yet elevated look. A light jacket might come in handy, and we’ll be on grass. Wedding day events dress code: Elegant Garden Party Attire. Celebrate with us in elevated outdoor style. Men may wear dress shirts and slacks, with optional jackets or ties. Women are invited to wear colorful midi or floor-length dresses perfect for a garden setting. These events will also be on grass, and it may get cold at night.

Question

How do I get from my hotel to the venue?

Answer

Mazama is a remote area, and there are no Uber or taxi services available. We recommend planning to drive to and from the venue, and encourage guests to coordinate carpools when possible. Please feel free to reach out if you need help connecting with others!

Question

What's the food and drink situation?

Answer

We’ve got you covered! Food and drinks will be provided at all wedding-related events — just show up hungry and ready to celebrate.

Question

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

For the Welcome Party, we’ll have wine available, and you’re welcome to bring your favorite drink if you’d like. For the Ceremony and Reception, our contract requires that alcohol be served by the bartender only. We appreciate your help honoring this, even if you have drinks in your room.

Question

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction. Can I make a request?

Answer

Of course! Please note any allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we’ll be sure to pass them along to our caterer.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Late June in Mazama is usually sunny and warm, with daytime temperatures in the low 70s and evenings cooling into the mid-50s. We recommend bringing layers for nighttime events.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation included a plus one, it will be listed on your RSVP. If you’d like to request a plus one and one wasn’t indicated on your invite, feel free to reach out to us directly.

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we adore your little ones, we’ve chosen to host an adults-only celebration so everyone — especially parents — can relax, unwind, and hit the dance floor!

Question

What about our dog?

Answer

Pets are not allowed at the Mazama Ranch House due to venue policy. Thanks for understanding!

Question

Do I have to leave on Sunday?

Answer

No rush at all! The couple and some family members will be staying at the Mazama Ranch House on Sunday night. You’re welcome to book an extra night there or nearby to soak up a little more Methow magic — we’d love to spend more time together if you’re around.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 20, 2026, so we can finalize details with our vendors. We appreciate it!
