Great beer, and they have food! Pumpkinhead should be out by this time, which you must enjoy at the brewery as it's the best pumpkin beer I've found (if that's your thing!)

Delicious Maine potato donuts. Locations outside of downtown as well! Must try the dark chocolate sea salt. They have coffee as well.

Best bakery in Portland. There will be a line, but it's worth it. Loaded biscuit with jam & butter is the best.

Also known as "Little Tandem" This location has espresso drinks and a few bakery items.

One of the best coffee shops in Portland, and downtown! Lavender latte is the best. They have a walk up window outside as well.

Jones Landing

Bar and restaurant right off the ferry line on Peak's Island. What's best here is the view right on the water looking at Portland from across the bay. The food and drinks are fine, but it's a great spot to take in the view:)

Casco Bay Lines

Take the ferry to Peak's Island or any islands on Casco Bay, or take a sunset cruise or lighthouse tour!

Portland Head Light

Enjoy beautiful coastline and the the most photographed lighthouse in the country. It's located at Fort Williams Park, where you can enjoy lots of green space and walking trails as well. You can even have lunch at the Bite Into Maine food truck on site.

Eastern Promenade

The largest park in Portland on the east end. Enjoy the walking trail, all the green space, or the beach! The walking trail can be accessed from downtown.

Set sail and take a windjammer cruise on Casco Bay.

Sherman's Maine Coast Book Shop Portland

There are so many great shops in Portland to just walk through, and this is one of them! You'll find Sherman's book stores all up the Maine coast (the oldest bookstore in Maine is Sherman's in Bar Harbor!) and they all have unique offerings.
