Dublin airport will have the most options for flights in and out of Ireland from both America and Scotland. There are ways to get from the airport to Tralee via public transport or you can rent a car from the airport. For people travelling from Scotland, it would be worthwhile to investigate the flights that should be flying from Edinburgh or Glasgow to Kerry Airport! These would be the shortest and most convenient flights for you as they would require less driving and/or public transport.
