We’re getting Married!

Our first date was on August 13th, 2021! We went to Dave and Busters and spent a couple of hours being competitive. After that, we stayed up till 3 a.m., sitting in the parking lot talking and learning about each other, not wanting to leave the other until we absolutely had to, because almost immediately we could tell we had found our better half.

We went to Branson, Missouri, to take “family photos”. We were all dressed up to the nines, us and a few of Jon’s family members. We were at Big Cedar Lodge, next to one of our favorite churches. We were taking a couple of photos and striking an artistic pose, facing away from each other, when Jon got down on one knee and asked to spend the rest of our lives together.
