We’re getting married!

We are beyond excited to share our love story with you all!! Picture this: a love story that almost wasn’t- thanks to David’s questionable attempt at serenading Lexy with Adele songs. Let’s just say the vocal cords didn’t exactly hit the high notes. But “Hello from the other side” because Lexy finally stopped being a stubborn ass and yes that’s when she finally said, “Yes” to his charm. Lexy and David met during the pandemic in August of 2020 while in EMT class. If you ask David, he’ll tell you the first time he looked at Lexy, he knew he was gonna marry her. Lexy on the other hand needed convincing. David was patient and caring while he waited and befriended Lexy. They would study for EMT exams, get coffee and chat, do their ride alongs at the firehouse together, and sit in the parking lot before class quizzing each other on all the information from the prior week. David must have asked Lexy out a dozen times before she finally agreed to a date. They were busy helping others and unbeknownst to them, healing their hearts in the process. They might not have expected it but somehow behind the bickering and laughs, they ended up saving each other (and a few others along the way). 🤍 Fast forward to today- this duo of questionable dance moves and love struck souls now make the perfect team.
