Question

What are your COVID protocols?

Answer

While we are confident in the vaccination status of our guests, we are also asking all guests to consider taking a COVID test within 72 hours of the event, and to celebrate from afar if they are experiencing any symptoms of COVID. Masks will be required for all vendors, and will be available but not required for guests. Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside and the doors to the reception area will be kept open throughout the evening. All wedding events, including the rehearsal dinner, pre-wedding welcome drinks, after party, and day after bagels, are at locations that have been fully rented out, meaning only guests of #hisandahern and our vendors will be present. Ultimately, we want all of our guests to feel safe and to celebrate responsibly, and we are completely supportive of what this means for how you celebrate personally.

Question

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

Answer

If you're flying into Lehigh Valley International Airport, both hotels are easily accessible by Uber/Lyft, and the ride share companies are both plentiful in the area. You can likely Uber/Lyft from PHL or EWR as well, although it'll be an expensive ride - both are about an hour+ drive. For these options, we recommend looking into rental cars. If you're coming from NYC, there are regular buses that travel to and from Bethlehem every day for a minimal cost.

Question

What's the deal with transportation to the wedding?

Answer

Transportation on the day of the wedding will be provided via private charter bus from both the Hyatt Place in Bethlehem and the Spring Hill Suites in Center Valley on the following schedule: Pick up for the wedding: Hyatt Place: 3:30pm Springhill Suites: 4:00pm Early drop off (immediately following the reception, no after party): Bus leaves Bell Gate for HYATT ONLY: 10:30pm For those staying at the Spring Hill Suites who wish to leave immediately following the reception, we encourage you to use Uber of Lyft. Final drop off (following the after party): Buses leave Bell Gate at 12:30am, for both the Hyatt Place and the Spring Hill Suites

Question

I'm not staying at the Hyatt Place or the Spring Hill Suites (or, Oh No! I missed the bus!). How do I get there?

Answer

The Lehigh Valley is serviced by both Uber and Lyft – although, we have heard wait times have been hefty, so we recommend requesting an Uber/Lyft with more time than you think you need, or scheduling in advance. For those wishing to drive to the venue (7081 Bell Gate Road, Coopersburg, PA), parking is available onsite. If you are planning to drink during the festivities, we strongly encourage you to consider taking transportation options provided above. If you are not using transportation provided and believe you may be cutting your arrival to the venue close to the ceremony, we encourage you to plan your arrival for cocktail hour (5:00pm) instead. Our ceremony space is directly next to the entrance to the property and any arrivals during the ceremony time will be conspicuous. Thanks for understanding!

Question

How do I get from ceremony to reception to after party?

Answer

Good news - everything is onsite! We will be providing group transportation from both hotels, and ceremony, reception, and after party are all in the same location. For those who are planning to get all of their party out at the reception, there will be an earlier bus; for those who are ready to party into the night with us, there will be a late-night, post-after party bus, and both will service the Springhill Suites and the Hyatt. For those who aren't staying at the hotels, you are welcome to meet at either hotel or Uber/Lyft to the venue.

Question

Can I bring my beybey?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be an adults-only affair. We love your kids SO much (and pictures and FaceTimes with them have gotten us through quarantine)... but we also want you to be able to kick back and relax without having to worry about little eyes and ears! If you're planning to bring your children to Bethlehem, we'd love to hug them at other points throughout the weekend, both before and after "I Dos" at the welcome drinks or post-wedding brunch.

Question

I hear it's Celtic Fest weekend in Bethlehem. That sounds awesome! What does that mean?

Answer

Alright - here's where we break your hearts. We have been SO excited that our wedding falls on Celtic Fest weekend... but given the current state of the pandemic, we are going to respectfully ask that our guests limit time spent at the Celtic Fest in downtown Bethlehem prior to the wedding. While we know this may be a buzzkill - SORRY! - please know that this recommendation is for the health and safety of all of our guests. Trust us - there are PLENTY of festivals in Bethlehem to come (Musikfest! Sangria Fest! Garlic Fest! Taco Fest! Pierogi Fest!.... seriously, all of these exist!). You'll just have to come back and visit us soon!

Question

Does he really have a picture of Gronk and Brady saved on his phone?

Answer

I think you know the answer to that.....
