Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception with be indoors. There is an outdoor patio area during cocktail hour, weather permitting

Question

Is transportation provided from the hotel?

Answer

Yes, but only on the day of the wedding. We will have a trolly take our guests from a designated pickup spot to the wedding venue and then return guests back to the designated dropoff spot at the end of the night. Pickup times/ location are TBD at this time

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Valet parking is included for all of our guests.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Not a problem! Our guests will have three dinner options to choose from at the reception. Please let us know when you RSVP and the venue will be happy to accomodate

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We do! We have hotel blocks reserved at the Loews Hotel and the Notary Hotel, located in downtown Philadelphia. If you wish to book another option, we recommend staying in the city. Some nearby options are the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown, The Residence Inn, and Canopy by Hilton

What should I do if I don't make it into the room block?

Answer

If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway—they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block. If not, there are many other fantastic hotel options nearby

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, unless indicated on your invitation we cannot accomodate additional guests

Do you have any recommendations for where to eat or things to do?

Answer

Yes! We recommend visiting the ‘Things to Do’ page of our wedding website, where we’ve compiled a list of all of our favorite local restaurants and historic sites to see in the area.
