Sophie's best friend since childhood and basically a brother. He has an infectious laugh. Every woman that Sophie has ever dated has loved him, which has to be an indication of his greatness. She is so happy to have had him present for every chapter of her life, and especially here on this day.

Hiroko's younger sibling, and one of her greatest sources of pride. One of the best things about the last 7 years are Hiroko and Sophie getting to spend quality time with them together - family dinners, shopping, late-night talking, or just sitting down to binge a cheesy sci-fi show. There's no one we would rather have at the table of honor with us.

A chef, a musician, a Magic: The Gathering player, and a dear friend. We somehow tricked him into both catering and officiating this wedding. Bud exudes charisma from every pore. Beneath the tattoos is one of the kindest and most generous souls Hiroko and Sophie have ever known, and they are so grateful to have him officiate this reception.
