Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate named guests on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

What expenses should I expect during the week?

Meals We will provide the following: -Dinner on May 14 (Welcome Pizza Party) -Dinner on May 15 (Wedding) -Daily breakfast included with your accommodation fee All other meals are the responsibility of the guest. Events -Vineyard tour and lunch on May 16th (price $70/person) Transportation Transportation to Florence is the responsibility of the guest. We recommend booking private transfers ahead of time, or taking the train from Rome to Florence. We have organized a shuttle to take guests to and from the Villa on May 14th and May 17th at a cost of $25/person each way ($50/person round trip).

How do I pay the accommodation fee and when is it due?

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. If it rains, the venue has an indoor hall that will be utilized.

Is there a dress code?

Our dress code is formal attire. Think suits, ties, and party-ready dresses! Please note that the ceremony and reception will be outdoors.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM. Please arrive to the Villa by 4 PM.
