Hiral and Harshal first met at a mutual friend's birthday in May 2016. Ria, Hiral’s best friend & now MAID OF HONOR, who is also good friends with Harshal, introduced the two casually for the first time while they were all out celebrating Ria’s birthday. On this day Hiral and Harshal exchanged their first few words and shared a casual friendly conversation.

Months down the line, Hiral and Harshal went on their first date after a spontaneous conversation was sparked via facebook. A date that was set for nothing past an hour or two, over a bite and few drinks, turned into a 6 hour long, best first date ever!!! The twos chemistry was instantaneous, they spent 6 hours just talking and sharing laughs.

After their amazing first date, Hiral and Harshal instantly became inseparable. From that point on, the couple talked every single day. They went on various adventurous dates and shared beautiful memories , until one day they finally put a label on it :)

Harshal knew early on Hiral was the one but time just made him more sure. It wasn't just their chemistry, it was the way their friends, family, and surroundings fell into place like puzzle pieces that were one day meant to come together. Less than two years into the relationship, Harshal decided he was going to marry Hiral, and soon. It was around July 2018 when Harshal started planning "the perfect proposal" for Hiral. Knowing Hiral, Harshal wanted to do something outside the box and unconventional, something that would surely catch her by surprise. But how do you catch Hiral completely by surprise? You tell her you have birthday surpises planned. Skydiving was always on Hiral and Harshal's bucketlist, so Harshal figured why not throw two surprises in one. He figured Hiral would be so taken back by going Skydiving as her birthday present, she would never see the proposal coming on top of that. Harshal's plan was to take Hiral skydiving, and all the while she was catching a heartattack from the dive, Harshal would beat her to the ground, where he would be surrounded by their close family & friends, down on one knee, asking Hiral to marry him. Unfortunately, his well choregraphed plan did not take into account mother nature. Due to unforseen rainy weather, the original plan could not be implemented. But that didn't stop Harshal. If he knew one thing, it was that he was going to propose that day no matter what. So what does an amazing group of friends and family that're waiting around to witness a proposal of two loved ones do? They find the highest peak in NJ, go set up a beautiful ambiance with one of Hiral's favorite songs in the background, and they make sure that Hiral and Harshal have the proposal they deserve. After much stalling, Harshal finally got Hiral to the Highpoint, got down on one knee, and asked the most important question of their lives...On September 8, 2018 Hiral said YES, and the rest is under construction ❤️
