Traveling to Cebu

It's after you RSVP and you're asking yourself "How am I getting there?". Please keep in mind Cebu is a destination with no direct flights currently operating from the continental United States into Mactan-Cebu International Airport, however, we'd love to make recommendations of airlines that we highly prefer when planning a trip to paradise!

Eva Airlines

Eva Airlines is one of two of the largest airlines operating out of Taoyuan City, Taipei, Taiwan. A quick 3 hour layover accompanied by the hello kitty store and Taiwanese milk tea makes this carrier highly preferred! Your route would be (city of origin) ⇒ Taiwan Taoyuan Airport ⇒ MCIA. Of note, China Airlines operates on this exact route, also another great (highly recommended) option.

Korean Airlines

Annyeonghaseyo! Korean Airlines is another popular route possible when planning your trip to our wedding! A quick pit stop in Incheon International Airport with views of Korean Culture Street and K-Culture Zone make this another great option. Your route would be (city of origin) ⇒ Incheon International Airport ⇒ MCIA. Of note, Asiana Airlines operates on the same route and is another great option.

Cathay Pacific

Who doesn't love a classic? Hireshel remembers flying Cathay Pacific heading home to Cebu almost every summer growing up, and Raymarcus' first time in the Philippines was aboard ol' faithful Cathay Pacific. Cathay Pacific operates out of Hong Kong international airport. Please make note, Hong Kong international is a large airport with 1 terminal for 500 gates, making it not as friendly for those with mobility limitations. If flying Cathay Pacific, we recommend utilizing wheelchair/tram service when navigating through, Cathay Pacific to Cebu tends to board on the further end! Philippine Airlines

Mabuhay! Coming up next, Philippine Airlines. Nothing wrong with it! Philippine Airlines is the flag carrier of the Philippines. Your layover will take place in Manila at Ninoy Aquino International Airport, from there, Cebu qualifies as a domestic flight. Please keep in mind, this may necessitate you to change terminal and recheck baggage for a domestic flight. The Philippines fighting spirit in action! Your route will be (city of origin) ⇒ NAIA ⇒ MCIA.

Always nice to see a familiar face. United Airlines as of October 2024 has opened a route connecting the continental United States to Cebu via Tokyo, Japan. Your route would be (city of origin) ⇒ Narita International Airport ⇒ MCIA. Those of you that are United Miles members may be able to benefit from this nicely! Maybe try it out and let us know what you think!

In order to book a room at Radisson Blu within our wedding block, please do not book through the Radisson Blu website, all reservations will be made directly through email.
