FAQs

Have a question? Look no further! Have a question that is not listed here, please feel free to reach out to either the bride or groom!
Question

Where is the ceremony going to be held?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held in the backyard of nana Petersen

Question

What should i wear?

Answer

Being that the wedding is on a Midmorning-midafternoon Sunday, we are not expecting black tie. However you should still look nice. Sunday best is fine with us.

Question

Who do i contact if i have an issue with something?

Answer

In the event that you are lost, you are running late, or you have some burning questions, you can contact the bride or the brides family. Please remember that the bride will be getting ready so only contact her in the event of a serious emergency.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Of course! More the merrier!

Question

My invite is for X many but i wanted to add one more. Can i do that?

Answer

We love our families and we love our friends. However due to budgetary and seating reasons, those that are not indicated as "invited guests" will not be allowed at the wedding. Please stick to the amount of people listed on your RSVP.

Question

Do i have to RSVP by mail?

Answer

Of course not. For the convenience of our guests wee have offered many ways to RSVP. One way is the old fashioned way- by snail mail. You can also RSVP by phone (call or texting the bride or her family) or you can simply RSVP online.

Question

When should i arrive?

Answer

For the convince of parking and the prompt start of the ceremony, we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early.

Question

Can i use my cellphone during the ceremony?

Answer

We are asking that all cellphones please be put on silent and be kept away. We have a great photographer and we would like our pictures to be unobstructed by a rogue cellphone. There will be plenty of time to take pictures of the bride and groom during the reception.

Question

(When) Can I post photos of the reception?

Answer

You can most definitely post pictures. We only ask that you use one of the two hastags to make it easier to find the pictures. #chsquared or #hinzman2020

Question

Where can I park?

Answer

Being that the wedding is now in a residential area we ask that you be mindful of where you park. We also encourage carpool of families that are near each other and spend a lot of time together (to ensure safety of all)

For all the days along the way
