What time should I arrive to the reception?

Please plan to arrive no earlier than 1:00pm. Or else we will feed you to the Nemean lion.

Please limit yourself to the number of guests on the invitation. Due to the venue, we are only able to accommodate a certain number of guests. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Garden party attire. Suggestions: midi/maxi dress, jump suits; for men button downs and dress pants. Avoid wearing white, casual jeans, sweats/leggings. There is a dirt path to access the picnic site and we will be spending time outside, so please plan to wear footwear suitable for uneven forest ground (block heels, wedges, boots, dress shoes, etc). The picnic site is partially shaded and you might consider bringing a light jacket in case it gets chilly.

What is parking like at the venue?

Answer

Parking can be limited at the site and they recommended carpooling if possible. That being said, it seems like there should be plenty of spots available. There is a $5 parking fee per vehicle, which can be paid with credit card and tap to pay methods. There are no in-and-out privileges. Please park in the lower parking lot near the baseball field, as this is closest to the Bay Vista Picnic Site.
