The Wedding Website of Justin Hinton and Caila Zenner

Ty SykesTy Sykes

Officiant

Ty came into Justin’s life in true Ty fashion. What started as a slightly questionable moment of being followed home quickly turned into realizing they were actually neighbors, and from there, things progressed pretty quickly. When Justin needed backup for one of his first dates with Caila, Ty delivered (wine glasses and opener included), proving early on that he understood the assignment. Ty is funny, kind, and effortlessly the life of the party. He’s the kind of person who makes everyone feel like they’ve known him forever, which made asking him to be our officiant a no-brainer! There’s no one better (or more entertaining) to trust with getting us married.

Chuck HintonChuck Hinton

Father of the Groom

Chuck, the Father of the Groom, spent most of his life rocking an absolutely legendary mustache before deciding to “upgrade” to a goatee—because even icons need a sequel. Married to Kim, who has kept him in check through every phase, Chuck built a career as a real estate extraordinaire—spotting great deals and closing them like a pro. At home, he raised three kids—two amazing daughters and, as he would confidently say, his favorite: the boy, Justin. And despite years of insisting he never wanted pets, somehow they always end up becoming his new best friend in no time. So while Chuck knows how to stand firm in business, when it comes to anything with four legs… his negotiating skills mysteriously disappear.

Caroline ZiembaCaroline Ziemba

Matron of Honor

Since freshman year of college, Caroline has been a steady, grounding presence through every season of life. What started with late-night Domino’s orders and strategic snacking from frat boys’ rooms (allegedly, and we are not taking questions) has turned into a decade-long friendship built on shared chaos, deep talks, and an impressive amount of laughter. Now she’s officially Dr. & Mrs.—a newlywed and occupational therapist whose patience, empathy, and down-to-earth nature are something most of us can only hope to match. A wildly creative and genuinely good human, Caroline is one of those rare people who makes life better just by existing. At home, she’s a top-tier dog mom to Olive and Jäger, who are living far more luxurious lives than the rest of us. And while she is endlessly kind, she does have a slightly infamous habit of leaving restaurants with “accidental” souvenirs - at this point, it’s less of a habit and more of a hobby we’ve all decided not to investigate too closely.

Phil KennedyPhil Kennedy

Best Man

Phil from Wooster, Massachusetts has been the kind of best friend you keep for 20 years and then wonder how life functioned before him—and somehow, I was lucky enough to live with him not once, but twice, which really says everything you need to know. He’s a proud Disney fan who can quote movies on demand, with a suspiciously strong emotional attachment to Tigger—because apparently bouncing off the walls with enthusiasm is a personality trait now. At home, he’s outnumbered by his wife and two kids, which he handles with the calm determination of someone who’s clearly seen things and survived them. Through his company, Stronger Than Labels, Phil brings humor, heart, and a steady kind of strength that reminds everyone that being real, kind, and a little bit bouncy goes a long way.

Brittany ZennerBrittany Zenner

Bridesmaid

A natural-born star (according to absolutely no official records, but many eyewitness accounts), Brittany is the oldest of the Zenner sisters and has been in her main character era since childhood—best known for staging full-scale dining room productions with complete confidence and zero regard for intermission requests. That same energy has only evolved over time, as she now holds multiple master’s degrees (pop off sis!!), carrying her signature blend of brilliance, drive, and vibrancy into everything she does. In her free time, you'll find her on tasty adventures with her favorite guys, Hernik (2 legs) and Tbone (4 legs), hunting down the sauciest of wings and exploring new neighborhoods to try foods she’s never heard of. But no matter the occasion, Brittany is sure to bring humor, heart, and unmistakable energy, moving freely and fully on her own wavelength, just like any star would. *cue the spotlight*

Nick StrednakNick Strednak

Best Man

Nick is a professional soccer referee and someone who somehow manages to keep his cool whether he’s on the field or in the middle of family chaos. My sister Ali’s husband, he’s known for his signature sarcasm, but underneath it is one of the most steady, supportive people you’ll meet. Dad to Harper and proudly devoted to his family, Nick is the kind of guy who shows up when it matters and always makes people feel heard—even if he’s pairing that listening with a well-timed joke. He’s laid-back, funny, and quietly thoughtful in a way that sneaks up on you.

Alison StrednakAlison Strednak

Bridesmaid

Alison may be Justin’s sister, but I’ve officially claimed her as my own (paperwork pending). She moves through life with this calm, reassuring energy that makes you feel like everything is going to be okay—even when you were absolutely not convinced a minute ago. She’s married to Nick, one of our best men, making this wedding feel like a very organized family group project. At home, she’s mom to Harper and dog mom to Rexie, with Nick regularly on the receiving end of her signature “I’ll beat your ass” (which has become more of a love language than a warning). As an occupational therapist, Alison pours her heart and soul into caring for others, and somehow that same dependable energy shows up when spicy margs and Chili’s triple dippers are involved—because she simply cannot turn them down. Pro-tip: if you ever can’t find her, just follow the sound of laughter—it tends to start with her, build quickly, and somehow pull everyone within a 20-foot radius right into it.

Ethan LangsdorfEthan Langsdorf

Groomsman

Ethan, recently married to Caila’s sister Ashley, is out in Denver living his best mountain life with their two dogs, Finn and Mo. When he’s not snowboarding down a mountain, he’s busy being one of the most thoughtful people you’ll ever meet—which makes perfect sense since he’s an elementary school social worker by day and an all-around good human 24/7. Somehow, he also manages to be a stepbrother, brother-in-law, and dedicated stretching partner all wrapped into one—basically the kind of guy who’ll help you work through your feelings and your hamstrings at the same time.

Ashley LangsdorfAshley Langsdorf

Bridesmaid

Warm, kind, and always down for an adventure, Ashley is the middle Zenner sister, living the mountain life out in Denver with her husband, Ethan, and two pups, Mo and Finn. As a school psychologist, she is fully devoted to her students and her work, and as a lifelong Swiftie, she can turn almost any moment into a lyric reference with zero hesitation and full commitment. She may take 3–5 business days to respond to a text, but in person, she more than makes up for it—especially when the excitement kicks in: loud laughs, animated storytelling, and no concept of an “inside voice” included (and we wouldn’t have it any other way). Ashley brings her bubbly, joyful energy everywhere she goes, making it pretty impossible to overlook her (take that, middle child syndrome!).

Tyler AndersonTyler Anderson

Groomsman

Tyler married into the family and immediately became one of the most reliable people we know—equal parts calm presence, problem-solver, and guy who somehow always knows how to fix things without making a big deal about it. Husband to Emily and dad to three boys (Landon, and twins Levi and Liam), Tyler is heavily outnumbered but remains impressively unbothered. Whether he’s outside, building something, fixing something, or just quietly holding everything together, he’s the definition of steady and laid-back. He’s also an elite snowboard partner—someone who will absolutely keep up, but in the most low-key, no-pressure way possible. All in all, Tyler is chill, capable, and slightly dangerous… and yes, he once made me bleed my own blood.

Emily AndersonEmily Anderson

Bridesmaid

Emily is the kind of strong-willed, fiercely loyal person you don’t just meet—you get adopted by. She may be Justin’s sister, but somewhere along the way, she decided I was part of her “protect my own” crew and informed me of it like it was already a done deal—no discussion, no vote, just facts. And honestly? I consider it a privilege. If you’re looking for someone who tells you the truth with love and just enough spice to make sure you actually hear it, Emily’s your girl. Alongside her husband, Tyler, she’s raising three boys—Liam, Levi, and Landon, aka the Triple L squad—which means things are loud, fast, and unpredictable. When she’s not keeping up with that kind of energy, she’s in the kitchen turning whatever’s in her garden into a full-on masterpiece. And when she finally takes a minute for some self-care, it’s usually with a well-earned tequila moment (strictly for research purposes, of course).

Adam HollemanAdam Holleman

Groomsman

Adam has been a friend for 20 years, which means he’s seen just about every phase—and somehow stuck it out. My first-ever roommate and a truly patient man, considering the amount of chaos he willingly lived through. From motorcycle gang days to questionable Vegas decisions, Adam has always been along for the ride. He’s also responsible for some unforgettable Rick Astley karaoke moments, which we’re still recovering from. These days, he’s traded it all in for life in sunny Florida, working as a physical therapist—helping people stay in one piece, which is ironic given what he’s witnessed over the years. He hasn’t lost his ability to show up though, especially when there’s a Duke game involved (unfortunately). Lucky for us, that means we still get to see him and his son Riley when he makes his way back. Adam is the kind of guy who doesn’t say a ton, but when he does, it’s a perfectly timed, low-key funny comment that catches you off guard every time. We don’t always see eye to eye, especially during basketball season, but 20 years says it all.

Erin MillerErin Miller

Bridesmaid

Erin is a ray of sunshine in human form who entered the picture freshman year of college, which resulted in a 10-year friendship built most notably on a shared, sacred devotion to cheese in all its glorious forms. We’ve been through a lot—like the passionate but ultimately doomed hamster adoption plan (RIP Poppy, lost to roommate negotiations), and an ongoing tradition of blasting pop-EDM despite numerous objections (with our powers combined, the basic white girl playlist always prevailed). Even now, while in the midst of putting her all into becoming a doctor, she still shows up with the same intentionality into everything she does. And while the rest of us decompress with something mindless, Erin chooses murder mysteries—casually, repeatedly, and with a level of enthusiasm that raises absolutely no concerns. She’s the perfect mix of highly motivated and effortlessly fun—the kind of person who shows up fully in everything she does. And while we deeply admire that, we’re also very committed to keeping her crime expertise strictly theoretical.
