What should I wear?
Answer
The goal is for everyone to look nice and dressed up, but not overly formal. Cocktail or evening attire that is comfortable and stylish is perfect. Please avoid anything too casual like jeans, t-shirts, or sneakers. We want our guests to feel elegant and celebratory, so please let us know if you have any other questions as you plan your outfit!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Only guests who have been formally invited are able to attend our wedding. While we would love to host all of your loved ones, we have limited capacity and must adhere to our guest list.

Can I bring my children?
Answer
We understand that for some families, childcare may be a challenge. While we want all of our guests to be able to fully enjoy the evening, we also want to be respectful of the couple's desire for a peaceful ceremony. To that end, we kindly request that parents make every effort to keep young children quiet and settled during the ceremony. If you have a small child who may have difficulty remaining calm and quiet, we ask that you please make alternative care arrangements for them to stay at home during the ceremony. We will have on-site childcare available for parents who need it during the ceremony and reception. Our goal is for everyone to be able to relax and celebrate with us, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

When should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony is scheduled to begin promptly at 3:00 PM. In order to ensure the ceremony starts on time, we request that all guests aim to arrive by 2:30 PM. This will give you enough time to park and get seated before the ceremony begins. Due to the logistics of the venue, guests who arrive after 3:00 PM will not be allowed to enter or be seated during the ceremony.

Where do I park?

Parking will be available on-site at Rixey Manor for all wedding guests. Parking attendants will be directing you where to park upon arrival.

Is the venue accessible?
Answer
Yes, our wedding venue is wheelchair accessible throughout the majority of the property. The main ceremony and reception areas, as well as the restrooms, are all fully accessible.
