Do I have to RSVP? Can't I just tell you I'm going to be there (or not)?

Answer

Yep, you have to. For the sake of our sanity, please use the RSVP link at the top. It is far easier for us than dealing with 50 forms of communication for RSVPing. If you are having issues with RSVPing online, please email us at Coxweddingjuly2025@gmail.com

You can RSVP on this very website--just look at the top of the screen. Please send us your acceptances or regrets by July 1, 2025.

What do I do if something changes and I can/can't make it after I have RSVPed?

We understand things come up. Just email us right away at coxweddingjuly2025@gmail.com so we can make changes.

Where is the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony will be held at Pleasant Hill House. 9205 Marshall Corner Road, Pomfret, MD 20675 The reception will be at the Waldorf Moose Lodge. 4765 Robert S. Crain Hwy, White Plains, MD 20695

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is all black cocktail attire. We suggest men wear a dress shirt with a tie and women wear a midi- or knee-length dress or dressy separates.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We hired 2 rather expensive professionals to capture our ceremony, so keep your cameras/phones/iPads tucked away. But during the reception feel free to Instagram the $#!+ out of the newlyweds.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, there is a limit on the guests we can invite and we cannot accomadate a plus one for everyone. If you are a special case where we have allowed you a plus one, we have listed their/her/his name or "Plus One" on your RSVP profile. If you feel we left out someone important, let us know, but understand that our limitations may mean our hands are tied. Thank you so much for understanding!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

This is an adult only occasion so please plan ahead. The only kids in attendance will be those in the wedding party.

Will you be serving alcohol?

Yes, the drinks are on us, the hangover is on you!

What if I have a dietary requirement?

Answer

We are having a buffet style dinner, so hopefully everyone will be able to compile a meal that will make them happy. If you have specific concerns or allergies, please don't hesitate to email us at Coxweddingjuly2025@gmail.com and we will confer with our caterer.

Can I take home centerpieces, decorations, etc?

Answer

No. Some of the decorations are rented or the couple are hoping to reuse. Please only leave our reception with a full belly, and memories of the evening.

Where can I find the photos afterward?

Answer

We will post them on the wedding website for your viewing.
