You will see on the invitation that there is a certain amount of seats reserved for you and your family/guests. You may not bring more guest than the number on your invitation. Unfortunately we have limited spacing for our guests . Sorry !
We love children , however this event can only accommodate kiddos who are invited and only over the age of 10 years old to attend . Your kid will be included in the number of seats listed on your invitation . We want you to be able to kick back, relax, and celebrate with us! Since there will be kiddos that are attending our wedding over the age of 10 years old , we do ask to remove them from the ceremony if they are being disruptive. If you do not want your kid(s) to come please reach out so we can know how many seats to reserve for your family !

There may be vendors still setting up on the property, so please plan on arriving around 12:10PM to give yourself time to find a seat . The ceremony will began at 12:30 PM .
The wedding ceremony will began at 12:30 PM . Cocktail hour should start shorty after the ceremony around 1 PM . The reception will begin around 1:45-2 PM . Our wedding event will end at 7 PM .
Yes, there is limited parking on the venue site and free of charge. If the venue lot is full , additional street parking will be available across the venue on 'NE Alder Crest Dr'. This would be considered street parking. Please look under " Hotel location , Airport , Car rental " on our wedding website to see a picture of the additional parking from maps . After you park, walk towards the building and someone will escort you to the outdoor ceremony seating area.
We would love to see our guests dress to impress ! Please honor our wishes and arrive in Semi Formal attire . The cermony will take place outside and the reception will be inside the building .
We will be having Italian! Good ol pastas, chicken parmigiana, salad and breadsticks.

Absolutely! Please do . We will bug you later to get all the videos and pictures. But we will have a professional photographer and videographer as well so please allow them to capture our special moments .
Although we can’t predict the exact weather , It should be around 70- 80 degrees during the day . Nice ,Hot and Sunny ! So bring your sunglasses and your fans ! The building where we are having the Reception has A/C so that is a plus !
All kinds !! But we will give you a heads up, since there may be kiddos 10 years and older there may be some "language" that is not kid friendly .
Please look under section "Hotel Location , Airport and Car rental " on our website. We have listed multiple cities that would be close to the venue or closer to Seattle . It depends where you would like to stay . Among those cities, there are plenty of hotels and air bnb to choose from !
