Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We truly wish we could celebrate with everyone, but due to space and planning we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation.

Are children welcome?

Answer

We cherish your little ones, but we are keeping it adults only unless they are listed on your invitation. We hope this gives you a special night out to celebrate with us!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you put your phones and cameras away during our ceremony. We'd love for you to be fully present with us in the moment. Our photographer will capture everything for us.

When should I book my travel?

Answer

The sooner you can book the better. Arizona's prime travel time is November to May so prices tend to more expensive. Now is a great time to start looking and watch for when prices dip.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have room block at the Residence Hotel near the venue and have also listed a few Air Bnb spots close by. Please see the travel tab for more information.

What is the dress attire?

Answer

We want everyone to dress up for the occasion and look their very best along with us. We would like formal/cocktail attire to be worn. Please see the Dress Code tab for more information and examples.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors. There is a covered area where the cocktail hour will be held, but make sure you dress appropriately and wear sunscreen. The reception will be held indoors.

What time should I arrive and where do I park?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 4:30pm we ask that you please try to arrive by 4pm to make sure that you have enough time to get situated prior to the ceremony. Our wedding will be taking place in the venue's North Villa, when you pull into the venue you will park in that very first lot that you pull into and enter through big brown door.

Do I need to plan for Travel from Ceremony to Reception?

Answer

The entire wedding will be held at the Superstition Manor, you will only need transportation to and from the venue at the beginning and end of the event. The venue does allow you to keep your car in the parking lot over night until 11am the next morning if you need to uber.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

In order to plan accordingly with our venue we need to have all RSVP's back no later than March 15th. If we do not a receive an RSVP from you we will assume that you are unable to attend and will not include you in our final count.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar with select beers, wines, and liqours.

What is the average temperature in phoenix that time of year?

Answer

The average highs are between 90 and 95 degrees and between 65 and 70 degrees for the lows during this time of year. Make sure to dress cooler and bring a sweater for the evenings. Drink plenty of water while you are here.

Is dinner being served at the reception?

Answer

Yes, dinner will be served at the reception. Please let us know if you have any food restrictions or allergies.
