Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We are asking that all guests dress Formal (Suit/Tux/Gown/Cocktail Dress/Jumpsuit) in black and/or white. We really mean you can wear white, cream, eggshell anything in this realm. However, please refrain from color of any kind.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation will list the number of seats reserved for your party. Please do not RSVP for more people than listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, we really do, however our wedding will be child free. In fact, there will be no guests under the age of 21.

Question

I didn't see anything about selecting my meal. Did I miss something in my invitation?

Answer

No! All meal ordering will be done table side the night of the wedding. You will have your choice of Chicken, Beef or Fish entree with chef's selected sides. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions please let us know at the time of RSVP.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please indicate any allergies/dietary restrictions when you return your RSVP. Common accommodations include Gluten-Free, Vegan and Vegetarian. That being said the chef will be able to accommodate any allergies/dietary restrictions so long as the information is included in your RSVP.

Should I bring cash for the bar?

Answer

The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you! We are providing an open bar featuring cocktails, beer and wine.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The venue will have complimentary valet available.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests arrive no later than 10 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. You will not be able to join the ceremony once the processional has started.

Will names be changing after the wedding?

Answer

No. The couple have decided to both keep the names they've grown up with. Please continue to address the couple as Ms. Kelsey Youells and Mr. Robert Hill.

We are here for the weekend. Any recommendations on activities?

Answer

Please let us know if you will be here longer than the wedding night. Kelsey and Rob have taken the week off and would love to grab a coffee or drink with you! To see some activities local to the hotel please visit our "Things to Do" page.
