Everything is happening at the Echo Lake Inn. The welcome dinner, ceremony, reception, and brunch will all be in one place.
The RSVP deadline was May 16th.
For the Ceremony and Reception we are requesting cocktail attire; cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and suits with ties. For reference bridesmaids are wearing pink and groomsmen are wearing navy blue suits. For the welcome dinner we are requesting dressy casual; relaxed outfits like summer dresses and collared shirts. All events will be outdoors on grass so keep that in mind.
If we reached out to you about staying at Echo Lake please call the inn to confirm your reservation. For folks not staying at the inn we are recommending the Inn at the Waters Edge (directly across the street) and the Okemo resort (about 10 minutes down the road). Please check the Travel page for links.
No! We are reserving the whole place for the entire weekend. Everyone you see at the inn is one of our guests so feel free to say hi. And for folks not staying at the inn, the place will be open all weekend for all wedding guests to hangout.
Please park in the gravel lot in front of the inn adjacent to the church (for folks staying in the condos, you may use the inns driveway to unload your belongings). For anyone staying at the inn who needs help bringing their luggage we will have two strapping young lads (William and Joey Hilliker) to help.
Checkin starts at 3pm and we'll be having a welcome dinner at 6pm on the front lawn of the inn.
Yes! When you RSVP you can list any allergies or dietary restrictions. We are having a nut free wedding and anything else we can let the kitchen know.
Unfortunately due to venue limitations we can only accommodate guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding.
