We plan to send out invites towards the middle of February - beginning of March.

We apologize, but if you do not RSVP by May 1st 2025, we will NOT be able to accommodate as our final headcount numbers will be turned in to our vendors.
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and getting settled. The ceremony will start on time, and you will not be able to enter once started.
Since this is an important event for us, we kindly ask that you dress up for the occasion. We would like everyone to follow the color scheme of burnt orange, champagne, beige, ivory, or creme.
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors. The reception will be indoors, with access to the patio during cocktail hour and reception.
While we love your little ones, we've chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope you'll use this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun night out on us!
Due to planning constraints, if you were not told you can bring plus one then your guest will not be allowed. We're only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation.
We kindly ask that guest refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to allow our professional photographer to capture special moments.
Transportation will NOT be provided to the wedding so please plan accordingly. We will provide transportation to those staying at the following hotels: Residence Inn, Fairfield Suites, and Homewood Suites.
Please notify us ASAP so we can adjust the headcount.
