Please RSVP by June 1st, 2026. If you cannot make it, we will miss you! Please RSVP “no” so we can plan accordingly.
Please dress in semi-formal attire. Summer dresses, slacks and polos are welcome. The venue is indoors with a dance floor, and comfortable dancing shoes are encouraged.
Yes. Kids are welcome for our celebration. If your little ones are included on your invitation, we would love to have them join us.
We wish to share our wedding celebration with our closest friends and family. Please no plus ones unless invited. If your RSVP says “+1” or includes a guest’s name, then we would love for them to join!
The reception will take place indoors in the ballroom, with access to an outdoor patio for anyone who would like some fresh air.
Yes. The Lincoln Center is ADA-accessible, including entrances, restrooms, and the ballroom.
Please arrive by 4:45 PM. The bride and groom will make their grand entrance at 5:00 PM. There’s no need to be seated, just make your way into the ballroom and be ready to celebrate as the evening begins!
Food will be served throughout the evening starting right away. Expect a wide variety of bites from Food for Thought, one of our favorite Fort Collins caterers, including grazing boards, chicken and pork offerings, tapas-style items, desserts, and more, all refreshed throughout the night. Come hungry!
Absolutely. We will have a hosted bar at the start of the evening, followed by a cash bar as the night continues.
Yes. Please indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies on your RSVP.
Yes, absolutely! Feel free to take photos and share them with us. Photo-sharing link to come.
Yes, see the "Accommodations" tab for wedding hotel blocks and travel information.
Fort Collins sits at a higher elevation than many guests may be used to (5000 ft. above sea level). We recommend staying hydrated and taking it easy on your first day - enjoy a little extra water. August weather is typically hot during the day, with cooler evenings and the possibility of afternoon thunderstorms.
There is ample parking available at the venue, including a dedicated parking lot and street parking along Magnolia Street. A visual parking map is available in the first image of the Gallery tab, showing parking areas and entrances to the ballroom. There will not be a shuttle. We encourage carpooling or using Uber or Lyft if you plan to drink.
All we would love is your presence at our wedding celebration, gifts are not necessary. If you are a boomer who feels obligated to give or your love language is gift-giving, there are some ideas on the "Registry" tab. If you do choose to give a gift, we kindly prefer gifts be mailed to us. That said, there will be a designated place at the reception to leave gifts and cards if needed.
Sarah and Kelly will be getting married in a small, private ceremony prior to the reception. We can’t wait to celebrate together at the reception on August 1st. Also please stop by our open house to visit more on August 2nd.
If your plans change, please update your RSVP by June 1, 2026. You can also text Sarah or Kelly to give us a heads-up.
Please reach out to Sarah or Kelly or our wedding planner, Nicole Whitcomb, at nicolewhitcomb.perfecttouch@gmail.com and let her know you are with the Hill Freet Wedding.
