Your RSVP helps us provide an accurate guest count for our venue and vendors. Without a confirmed count, we risk ordering too little—or too much—so your response truly helps us plan wisely. While we appreciate verbal confirmations, only RSVPs submitted through our wedding website will be included in the final count. Guests who do not RSVP through the website by the cutoff date will, unfortunately, not have a reserved seat at the reception. Thank you so much for helping us plan thoughtfully and minimize the stress that often comes with wedding preparations. We’re so grateful for your understanding and cooperation!
As much as we love your little ones, our wedding evening will be an adults-only celebration (with the exception of select family members). We hope you’ll take this opportunity to enjoy a well-deserved night out—relax, unwind, and celebrate with us!
Since this is an end-of-spring wedding, the weather in Arizona is wonderful! Expect warm days with average highs around 87 degrees and cooler nights with lows around 55 degrees in Phoenix. The ceremony space is completely indoors and air-conditioned. The reception space is both outdoor/indoor, and there will be air conditioning for anyone who needs it!
We kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend. We’re unable to accommodate additional guests, and we appreciate your understanding as we celebrate with our closest family and friends.
Formal attire with a colorful, garden-party flair! We can’t wait to see everyone dressed in their beautiful best—feel free to show up and show out in vibrant colors and elegant styles. As the ceremony will be held in a place of worship, we kindly request modest attire in keeping with the setting.
We kindly ask that guests arrive 15–30 minutes before the ceremony begins. Doors will close approximately ten minutes before the start to allow the wedding party to make their special entrance without interruptions. The ceremony will begin promptly, so we truly appreciate your timeliness in helping everything run smoothly!
Flying in? Plan to arrive at Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) in Phoenix, AZ. Pro tip: flights are usually cheaper on Tuesdays through Thursdays! Got questions about travel plans? The bridal party’s got you covered—just reach out if there’s something Google or ChatGPT 😉 can’t help with!
We’ll have a bar for everyone to enjoy! While we want you to sip, celebrate, and have a great time, we kindly ask that everyone drinks responsibly so the fun stays safe and enjoyable for all, and most importantly, brings honor and glory to Jehovah throughout the entire celebration!
We understand that not everyone will be able to celebrate with us in person, so a Zoom link will be available for our friends and family joining from afar. The link and meeting details will be shared as we get closer to the wedding date!
The Kingdom Hall is our cherished place of worship, and we honor it with the utmost respect. It’s a welcoming space filled with warmth and love, so expect plenty of friendly faces and hugs from everyone attending! Photography is welcome, and attendants will be on hand to help guide guests to their seats and assist with anything you may need. Want a sneak peek of what it’s like inside? Please know that if it were possible, we would celebrate with every single one of you! Each person who has shown us love and support has played a meaningful role in shaping who we are today. While we’re unable to include everyone at the reception, our gratitude and love remain unchanged. We deeply appreciate your kindness, encouragement, and understanding as we begin this new chapter together. We continue to thank Jehovah for each of you and the love you’ve shown us throughout our lives.
