We have a long story, but we will spare you the time and make it short and sweet. We originally met at the Northview vs Southview football game during our freshman year. We only exchanged a few words and Conor got Morgan’s number from a mutual friend. Come to find out, we practically sat next to each other in history class! After getting to know each other a bit more, Conor asked me to be his girl friend on a Friday after the last bell rang. I said “yes” and then hurried to catch the bus. The relationship didn’t last long…I broke up with him that Saturday or Sunday. After pulling the infamous “it’s not you, it’s me” we remained friends. High school was a roller coaster for us. We were friends, then not friends, then friends again. Not only did we attend the same school, but we worked at the same restaurant. From the outside looking in, we definitely seemed like the on and off boyfriend and girlfriend. Matter of fact, anytime we were asked if we were together, Conor would say “yes” and Morgan would say “no”. No wonder everyone has been confused all these years! After many years and a lot of persistence (on Conor’s end) we finally made it official. I can’t tell you why it took so long for me to realize he wasn’t going anywhere, but I’m glad he never gave up chasing me. Someone once pointed out how I’m always laughing when I’m with Conor and how important that is in a relationship. That comment stuck with me. If there’s one thing Conor knows how to do, it’s make me laugh. His ability to make people laugh is one of my favorite things about him & I’m excited for a life time full of smiles and laughter. #OneHillOfAStory
