What is a Broom? Where’s the Bride?

Answer

Morgan is transgender and nonbinary. Their identity doesn’t align with being a bride or groom and thus the couple has created a new word, combining both. Please do not refer to Morgan as the bride or a woman. Any terms that hint at such will be politely corrected and if it persists, especially in a malicious way, you will be asked to leave. Your attendance to this event is a privilege not a right.

There is plenty of parking available on-site in the lot across the street from the Inn.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that unless you specifically are tasked with taking photos that phones stay put away during the ceremony. Photos of it will be posted after the event for your viewing pleasure!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding has a light fantasy theme/vibe. Guests are encouraged to dress in whatever makes them comfortable but ren-fest attire/flowey fantasy looks would be a fun way to stick to the theme. ***IMPORTANT*** Please avoid the use of fur and leather at this event; wearing only faux materials if those looks are desired.

We ask kindly that kids under 12 stay home.

Are there any accommodations for disabled guests?

Answer

The ceremony and reception site are both wheelchair accessible. There are a couple disability parking spots closer to the ceremony site and the entire property is on flat ground. There is a single step to get in and out of the cottage where the bathrooms are.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

All food at the reception will be vegan and therefore will be absent of these main allergens: meat, seafood, eggs, dairy. Meal preference key for allergies: GF = Gluten free, SF = Soy free, NF = Nut free. Please reach out to Morgan in advance if you have other allergies so that we can accommodate you.
