Please note your location pickup time and make sure you are ready to go as the bus will not wait! Note- some of the locations you will need to walk to the end of the road, this is due to country roads not being compatible with large school buses. Passengers Must Wear Masks on the Bus Bus #1 2:20pm: 261 Lakota Dr, Roxbury, NY 12421 (Pick up point Lakota Dr. X Route 36) 2:35pm: The Roxbury Motel, 2258 Co Rd 41, Roxbury, NY 12474 2:40pm: 53587 NY-30, Roxbury, NY 12474 2:50pm: 56307 NY-30, Roxbury, NY 12474 3:05pm: Arrival at Inn at West Settlement Bus #2 2:15pm: Binnekill Square -746 Main St, Margaretville, NY 12455 2:25pm: Hanah Mountain Resort 576 W Hubbell Hill Rd, Margaretville, NY 12455 2:35pm: 50 Olga Dr, Margaretville, NY 12455 (Pick up point is at the end of Olga Dr.) 3:00pm: Arrival at Inn at West Settlement End of the night- the buses will shuttle guests back and forth at roughly 9pm, 10:30pm, and Midnight.
Flight
Albany is the closest airport (1.5 hour drive to Roxbury). If you would like to fly to a NYC area airport (LGA, EWR and JFK) and rent a car, the drive is 3ish hours with no traffic.
Train
There is an Amtrak train from NYC to Hudson. Roxbury is about an hour drive from Hudson, NY.
House Or Rental
There are plenty of house rentals in the area. If you prefer a house rental, please reach out directly to Mike or Hillary prior to booking. This will ensure that can make arrangements for the shuttle to pick you up/ drop you off on Saturday. Important: Arrangements need to be made two months prior so that we can work with the shuttle company on logistics for the evening.
Hotel
Quirky hotel with a variety of room layouts (standard rooms and suites). The hotel has two properties on the premises and each room has it's own theme. Both properties are walking distance to the town of Roxbury.
