When and where is the wedding?

Our ceremony will take place at Mildred B. Cooper Chapel in Bentonville, Arkansas. The reception will follow at Ballroom on I Street. Full addresses and directions can be found on the “Travel” page of our website.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests should plan to arrive 20–30 minutes before the ceremony begins. The chapel doors will open shortly before the ceremony.

What is the dress code? Formal Attire Gentlemen: A suit or tuxedo with tie or bow tie. Ladies: Floor-length gown or elevated formal dress. Our wedding will take place in the late morning, and we welcome soft seasonal tones that complement our spring color palette.

Cocktail hour is planned to take place outdoors. In the event of inclement weather, the reception venue will provide weather assistance to ensure everyone remains comfortable and the celebration continues seamlessly.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we absolutely adore your little ones, our wedding ceremony and reception will be an adults-only celebration. However, we will be providing on-site babysitting services for guests who are traveling with children. If you plan to utilize this option, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
