This mountain is near and dear to Hillary's heart, as she has visited Crested Butte for her entire life and her family has a cabin in Almont. She took Dylan to meet her parents and explore Crested Butte early on in their relationship, and he fell in love.
There are thousands of hikes to explore, but here are three of our favorites:
1. Scarp's Ridge: Difficult
2. Oh Be Joyful: Moderate
3. Mount CB: Easy-Moderate
There is also ample mountain biking and some rafting in the area.

This resort is very close to the Minich family cabin! If you are in the mood for a little adventure, and don't mind being wet, you can go rafting in the mornings or evenings on Class 3 rapids.

Lake Irwin Campground
This is a beautiful place to go paddleboarding, swimming (it's ice-cold) and hiking through the wildflowers. You can drive up to the campground and go on one of our favorite hikes scarps ridge.
