Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by 08/01/2025

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Arrive 15-20mins prior to ceremony start time. Please avoid arriving too early so as not to disrupt bridal party photos pre-ceremony.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we would love to see you dressed up, ready to celebrate the day with us! We kindly ask for semi-formal wear.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to venue capacity constraints, we are limited on number of guests allowed. Therefore we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited and noted on your individual invitation. (Please note, when sending your RSVP, the guest’s name will appear if invited). We apologize for any inconvenience. If you have any questions about your plus one, please contact the bride - Hillary (406)-471-5094.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We strongly encourage parents attending to arrange childcare for kiddos (12 & under), and come and enjoy a date night out to celebrate with us!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, transportation to and from the venue from offsite lodging will not be provided. Guests staying on the property will have the option to walk to the ceremony/reception site, or be picked up via golf cart.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please check out the Travel tab for more information. Although there is a wide variety of lodging options available in the area, we’ve listed some of our favorites.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes please do! Please contact one of us directly within 60 days prior to the wedding date to advise of any food allergies, to ensure we can work with our caterer and accommodate your request.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is limited parking available at the ceremony/reception site, so we do encourage car pooling. More details on parking can be found under the Travel tab.

Question

Any special attire or weather details we should know about?

Answer

You can never predict the weather in Montana, so we do suggest to come prepared with a light jacket since the ceremony and reception will be outside. Though we do hope for a warm sunny fall day, please do come prepared if that is not the case. The reception will be held under a log pavilion with cover and heaters just in case. The weather in Montana in September is usually pretty pleasant, with temps between the high 60s and low 80s. Cooling to the 40s or 50s at night. You just never know in Montana so please come prepared.

Question

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

Yes! Upon ceremony conclusion, we will start the afternoon with light appetizers and drinks for cocktail hour, lasting roughly an hour or so. A reception will follow with dinner, full bar, and a special treat to end the night! Please note, beer and wine will be provided at no cost, and hard alcohol will be available for purchase. (No outside alcohol is allowed, per venue policy. So please do not bring any outside alcohol to the ceremony/reception- the venue is very strict on this policy).
