Travel Note
Please park in the WEST LOT of the Ebell. There is ADA parking and ADA entrance there for those who need it. This is also where the Bharat will begin. The West Lot is off of 8th st. (From Wilshire, turn onto Lucerne, then right onto 8th st.)
Shuttle
May 9, 2026 3:30 pm - 11:00 pm
A shuttle will pick up those of you staying at The Sofitel at 3:30pm to take you to The Ebell. A return shuttle service will begin at roughly 9pm and continue until the end of the night!
Travel Note
Sometimes stereotypes are real and sometimes they're not. When it comes to LA and traffic, it really depends on the time of day and random factors, so while we've chosen convenient and central locations, please keep an eye on traffic to make sure you arrive on time :)
Hotel
We have a room block available at The Sofitel, which is about 15 minutes from both venues, across from the Beverly Center and walkable to Robertson, Santa Monica Blvd, and W 3rd St. This is our neighborhood so if you need any recommendations for anything please do not hesitate to reach out!! Flight
