FAQs

If you have any other questions other than what is listed, feel free to reach out to the bride or groom!
Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire is requested. Please save your jeans for another night.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Question

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

We love kids, especially yours! However, due to space limitations within the venue this will be an adults only evening. Hire a babysitter and enjoy a night out!

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Because the ceremony and reception venues are within 3 blocks of each other, there will be no formal transportation provided.

Question

What is parking like at the church and reception venue?

Answer

For the ceremony, there is mostly street parking along 4th St or Jackson St with a small lot off of 4th Street. For the reception, there is parking along Adams St or a parking lot off Adams and 3rd.

Question

What about safety precautions will be in place?

Answer

If you are feeling ill in any way, we ask that you please stay home and celebrate at a distance. Ceremony: Guests will be seated in groups they are comfortable with at least 6 feet away from others. Masks will be required throughout the ceremony. Reception: Guests will be asked to wear their masks when they are away from their tables. Tables will be spaced at least 6 feet apart. Hand sanitizer will be at the bar and buffet table.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please be seated at Central Baptist church by 4:15pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 with a reception to follow!

Question

Will dinner be served?

Answer

Yes! We are so excited for you to try either salmon or jerk chicken with sides of mashed potatoes and vegetables.
