What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal/cocktail attire. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose!

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Highs in the mid-70°s, lows in the mid-50°s. Weather is unpredictable in the north. Feel free to bring a jacket!

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both located at Majestic Oaks Golf Course in Ham Lake, MN. The ceremony will take place outside, while the reception will be located inside the Fireside Room.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Ride sharing and car rentals are preferred. If you choose to drive, there is plenty of free parking at the venue.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive a half an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Although most people will be arriving via Uber/ Lyft, there is plenty of free parking at the golf course.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, we love your little ones! We will have plenty of activities to entertain them while you get your dance on.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Please RSVP by June 2022. You can RSVP easily on this website under the RSVP tab.

Are your locations wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! An attendant can/will drive a golf cart to and from the ceremony to reception if needed.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Yes, food and drinks will be served at the reception. Please answer the type of dish you would prefer in your RSVP. Vegetarian options will be included.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We will ask you to be fully present with us during the ceremony. Please turn off your phone or make sure it is silent. We promise to share all the beautiful pictures captured by our amazing photographer with you!

Yes! Feel free to take photos and post on social media.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, until we hit our limit. Bar will turn into a cash bar at some point in the night!

While we don't have a definitive answer, we're hoping we can make our ceremony virtual for those who cannot attend.

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.

When will the reception end? Will there be an after party?

Answer

The reception will end at 11pm. While there is no formal afterparty, you are welcome to explore the cities!
