Summer, fancy-free, and semi-formal. Points for impressive footwear and cool kicks. Suspenders and/or bow ties highly encouraged. The wedding terrain is a mix of open, grassy field, stone patio, and wooden floors. So remember to balance style and comfort. This is best done by channeling the best dressed Italian you know and asking for a spritz!
Please RSVP by May 15, 2019!
You can take the shuttle from Hotel Ithaca (see more details under the travel section). You can also Uber or take a local car service. We prefer no one who plans on drinking drives to the venue. Please select your transportation preferences on the RSVP page and submit your answers so we can have an accurate count for the shuttle. Grazie!
2:30PM sharp!
We love your kids - we really do. But we want our wedding to be your day off! We'll be cooking over open fire and between ceremony and reception, it's a long day for kids. That said, we're more than happy to talk about exceptions if it means easier planning for you (really!). We also have vendor recommended babysitting services in the Ithaca area, if helpful. Please contact us directly for details. Kids are welcome at the aperitivo the night before!
3PM
12AM If you wish to call it a night sooner, the shuttle bus will be making trips back to Hotel Ithaca (downtown) as needed earlier in the evening.
For those of you who haven't yet had the ethereal pleasure, mortadella is perhaps the best of Italian charcuterie. Hailing from Bologna, Italy, this rather large Italian submarine-like sausage ("fancy baloney"), is made with finely ground pork, dotted with cubes of pork fat, pistachios, and seasoned with spices. Get excited!
